Beyonce adds her LoveSound to Justin's FutureSex album

Tell me you don't like that blog title. LOL.
Justin Timberlake has remixed his song, "Until the End of Time" with Beyonce, which will be on his upcoming re-release of his hit album, "FutureSex/LoveSound."
My thoughts? Could Beyonce BE on any more songs? She doesn't need to duet with everyone. Let other people have a chance. Like, Christina Aguilera would have sounded amazing on this track. Or Kelly Clarkson.
I've listened to it, and right now I'm not really feeling it, but knowing me, that could always change.
Take a listen yourself!
Comment with your thoughts!
Jordin Sparks and Blake Lewis perform for Ford
Just what Idol fans going through the tour withdrawl needed! Jordin and Blake were in Michigan this afternoon at a Ford event. As you probably know, Ford is a huge American Idol sponser.
From what I'm hearing, both put on great short sets. I'll update as I come across more footage, but for now, I will leave you wil Jordin and Blake performing Jewel's "You Were Meant For Me."
Watch for Blake making Jordin crack up mid-song. It's really funny!

Dancing With the Stars...It's On!
So exciting! My favorite dancing competition kicked off this week, and even though the cast this season is made up of a ton of people I've never in heard of, the first couple nights of competition were crazy fierce.
And Drew Lachey is currently co-hosting, due to Samantha Harris giving birth this past week. It has been great to see him doing the backstage interviews, especially since he has done the show and won!
This season, the women are a force to be wreckoned with. You could seriously see the guys looking worried when the women continued to all receive decently high scores the entire night.
My favorites from the women's show were Jennie Garth, Mel B and Jane Seymour.
What? No Sabrina Bryan? Well, here's the thing...Sabrina did not properly do the Cha Cha, she did a Hip Hop influenced version, which wasn't terrible at all, it was great. But, it did not show that she could ballroom dance. Plus, anytime someone comes out right away like that, I feel as if they are setting themselves up by peaking too soon. Not that they shouldn't be giving it their all, but like Apolo Anton Ohno, he was horrible the first show, I never thought he would win by a long shot. By the end, he was amazing! So, after she does next week's ballroom dance, we'll see if she has what it takes. Here is her performance that earned her the highest scores on the women's night of competition.
Anyways, favorites are favorites, and I am totally rooting for Jennie Garth and Derk Hough (who is the brother of last year's winner, Julianne Hough). And here is their dance from Monday's show.
I am also rooting for racecar driver, Helio Castroneves and last years champion Julianne Hough. That girl has some awesome choreography, and she definitely made the foxtrot very enjoyable to watch! Here is their performance.
So, my money is on one of the Hough siblings winning this year.
I am so excited that this show is back!

Private Practice doesn't bomb!

After reading early reviews of Private Practice, I started thinking that the premiere was going to be highly unwatchable.
Boy, were those reviews wrong.
I found the show to be highly entertaining, with Kate Walsh proving that she has what it takes to have Addison help carry a show. Tim Daly has great presence, and it is awesome to see him back on network television. I can't wait to see how Pete and Addison's relationship blooms on the show!
However, I thought the best scene was the scene in Addison's apartment before she went to work.
Great song, hilarious off-beat dancing, couldn't ask for a better opening!
Private Practice is so far the most watched season premiere of the new fall season! Which can only mean good things for Grey's Anatomy tonight.
So, if you did not catch Private Practice, go to ABC.com to watch it there and tune in every Wednesday, the premiere, I believe is the start of good things for this show.
So, if you're a Grey's fan or not, support this show! It's fantabulous!

Blake Lewis performing "She Loves The Way"
Here's Blake performing a possible song off his debut album, "Audio Day Dream" entitled, "She Loves The Way" during the final show of the American Idols Live! tour on September 23rd.
It's a hot song and a great performance by our one B Shorty!
Very awesome, right?
Season 6 of American Idol is officially over! (Unless you are rewatching it on Fox Reality Channel every Tuesday and Wednesday!)
Best of luck to all of the Top 10! So far, to my knowledge, three of the contestants have record contracts; Jordin, Blake and Phil! Congrats!

JT apologizes to San Jose, CA
Justin Timberlake apologized to the San Jose, CA crowd during his 102nd show on his "FutureSex/LoveShow" tour.
What I appreciated is that he was man enough to admit that he was hungover from the VMAs and that is why he canceled his two Bay Area shows, the other being the Sacramento show where he is going to be tomorrow night at the Arco Arena.
And I can also appreciate that he was doing make-up dates within the same month. This is me saying this without having tickets to check out either show during the second leg of the tour.
Here is a video from the show last night where JT apologized to the crowd.
There is crazy screaming...you've been warned.
Enjoy!

Clips from upcoming Grey's Anatomy premiere!
I'm excited! Yay for Grey's!
Hey, that rhymed!
How much do you love our new favorite residents breaking down the rules for the interns and George?
LOVE IT.
Anyways, Grey's Anatomy will be premiering the day after my birthday this year on September 27 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
Trailer for new JT movie, "Southland Tales"
This movie looks really interesting. I am a huge fan of "Donnie Darko", and this movie is touting the same creator, so this should be a good movie.
You have a truckload of recognizable actors, including Dayne Johnson, Sean William Scott and Justin Timberlake and some crazy plot dealing with a nuclear bomb going off in the future.
Works for me.
"Southland Tales" is in theatres November 9.

Oh, Britney.

Britney Spears Charged with 2 Misdemeanor CountsStem From Hit and Run Accident
Sept. 21, 2007 (KABC-TV) - Britney Spears is being charged with two misdemeanor counts following an August 6 hit and run.
The accident was captured on tape by paparazzi.
The two misdemeanor counts are hit and run causing property damage, and driving without a valid California license. Each count would carry a maximum of 6 months in jail, or a $1,000 fine.
A hearing is set for October 10 in Van Nuys Superior Court.
Source.
Britney should have known better, especially since the paparazzi filmed the whole accident!
Man, homegirl just can't catch a break this week, can she?
Oh well.
I hope the rumors are true, and that she is on her way back to rehab. Brit needs some help, like whoa. Starting with the horrible hair extensions.
That's bad, I know.
Just keepin' it real.
New video from Daughtry.
Daughtry's new video has emerged this week onto the internet. I apologize in advance if the video link stops working. Please leave me a comment if it is not working when you go to view it!
I will will try to keep it updated and working. But, enjoy the video. This is one of my favorites on Daughtry's album, and of course it's going to be a hit!

I guess it's been a slow news day.
I would have figured that I would have seen this following video of Heroes co-stars Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere on E! News tonight or something.
Put it this way, they have already been nicknamed, "Halo." Seriously.
Why not Mayden?
The only thing that makes this more interesting is that Miss Panettiere apparently threatened to kill an Us Weekly reporter about an article about her super recent, like confirmed last week break-up with Stephen Coletti of Laguna Beach fame (the first two seasons, when you know, it was interesting.)
Okay, so here's the video of Milo and Hayden at some Emmys afterparty gettin' their flirt on.
Their cuteness almost makes me forget that she just turned 18 and he's 30.
I guess Milo likes his ladies on-set and young. Alexis Bledel was only 19 when they began dating and were co-stars for two seasons on the now disfunct, Gilmore Girls.

Blake Lewis, ya'll!

While Sanjaya Malakar was my favorite American Idol contestant in terms of entertainment value, there is no question that I was a big Blake Lewis fan as well. I though that he added a completely different component to the Idol competition, and I really believe he should have won. I had a great time talking to him about his experience.
(Blake arrives at interview wearing the shirt with the tuxedo print).
Murtz Jaffer: I have to wear that to a wedding once.
Blake Lewis: Do it!
MJ: (Laughs).
BL: Actually Jordin gave me this and I loved it and then I wore it on the show. I loved it. I have wanted one for years but some of them are too cheesy and this one is actually pretty cool.
MJ: Is it the same from the show?
BL: It's the same one.
MJ: Very cool. American Idol obviously did a lot for your profile. Can you tell me what breaking into the music industry was like before the show?
BL: You know, it's tough. I am from Seattle and we only have one record label. Sub Pop. And it is tailored to more alternative rock music. And I am definitely not alternative rock. The stuff that I was doing in Seattle, I had too many different projects but mainly project was my beatbox project and that's me looping myself beatboxing and singing over it and creating new songs. It's kind of coming from a freestyle/improv, jazz/hip-hop, electronic feel. For me, it was really hard because I knew I would have to travel and tour. Get my name out there. It's tough. The only thing that has changed for me is American Idol. Instead of going out and making flyers two weeks ahead and posting them up all over the city, putting the word out there, texting every friend that you know...
MJ: Myspace?
BL: Yeah, myspace... all that stuff.
MJ: They just know who Blake is now.
BL: Yeah, they just know who I am now and they are excited for the album. I won't have to promote it like I would have had to eight months ago.
MJ: Were you ever concerned that the show would hurt your credibility because you seem like such an original artist?
BL: I definitely thought that coming into the show. I had never seen it. The one time I did see it, it was like the second episode of the first season and I couldn't even watch two minutes. Some dude was just singing terribly. And I turned it off because I don't really watch television. I am not really... I am not a big fan... I really hate reality television.
MJ: That's funny because that's my main job... covering reality television.
BL: Oh really.
MJ: Yeah, it's funny.
BL: Honestly, I think it's just the demise of television right now. It's just pointless and there's no education from it. There's nothing to learn. That's the great thing. American Idol isn't reality TV. It's just a competition.
MJ: Exactly.
BL: The cool thing is that I am not a competitor. I don't have a competitive personality unless I am playing Halo first edition. I will kill you in Halo. I got some of that. But other than that, me, I am just like... it was a whim. My friend called me. I played this jazz club called The Triple Door (we actually had a reunion show for the a cappella group I was in for four years). My friend called me right at the show and was like 'what are you doing right now? What do you got going on tomorrow?' I was like 'I don't know.' I was just doing music fulltime. I like quit my job and was doing music fulltime again. He was like the American Idol auditions are tomorrow and I was like 'oh cool.' I thought the registrations were over and I had missed it. He's like 'no, no. You can actually go right now and it will take two minutes. I was just there. We'll get sandwiches in the morning and we'll go audition.' That's how that happened. And going through the process, as far as artistic integrity and all that, I was like how could I lose... besides singing covers because I had just had a gig at a dual piano bar where I had to learn a bunch of covers and stuff so I wasn't opposed to it. Due to my artistic integrity, I was like this is a live television show. They can't touch me. I can do whatever I want.
MJ: Exactly.
BL: And so, I come from like this improv background and I am like 'you know.' And then all the judges, you know you gotta factor in how it will affect you. Me, I am the kind of person, I just go with the flow of things. I really honestly, I put myself in a positive light and in a positive light to the universe and if the universe gives it back then...
MJ: That's great.
BL: I am great. I am good to go.
MJ: Tell me about "You Give Love A Bad Name" because I thought that was the hottest thing that I have ever seen. I have never seen anything like that on Idol before.
BL: Thank you. That came from... I am way into electronic music and in 1993, Oracle came out with Halcyon (which is like the track that really really got me into electronic music). And I heard that song and "You Give Love A Bad Name"... just that "shot through the heart" mixed in with Belinda Carlisle, and how there was controversy on how they sound exactly the same (which they totally do) and I was just like 'if I make it on the show...' cause we get the theme weeks and we know what all the themes are going to be. That would be the track because I am not a big Bon Jovi fan but I like a couple of his songs and definitely that one is my favorite. So I was just like I am changing that song. I was going to do it just me beatboxing and drums because as soon as I met Teddy and watched him play drums, I was just like 'oh, I gotta battle him.' Because my drummer at home is like drum and bass and we can do this four-hour, we can do like four hours together just vocals and drums. I was like America and the world is not just going to get it if it just beatboxing and drums. For me, that's great because all I wanted to do being on the show is balance the beatboxing with the vocals and this is the perfect opportunity for that because honestly, everyone's like criticizing me for beatboxing too much but I really didn't even do it at all. It made it look like it's more of a gimmick for me and it's not because it's such an awesome art form and there's so many talented people out there.
MJ: Finally, I wanted to ask you about the new album. I have read that you said it is like an 80's mix tape with it being influenced by The Cure, Michael Jackson, Prince and Depeche Mode. Can you tell me anymore about it?
BL: Yeah, yeah. Definitely. It's called Audio Daydream. ADD. Everyone thinks I have it. I just have a lot of energy...
MJ: (Laughs).
BL: I don't have it. For years, since I was a born, everyone thinks I do.
MJ: Well, you can do so many things with the marketing. Like 'ADD it to your playlist.'
BL: Yeah, there you go. You're just giving me more ideas. I am stealing that one.
MJ: (Laughs). So when do you think it is going to come out?
BL: I am hoping for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I got about eight songs done. Chris and I actually wrote two. I got three more that I am writing right now. A couple that I had already written before we started which is great because I don't know how to produce the music I want to produce. I did on the show because it was easy for me. I looked at it as a remix competition. And so I could just take a track and I could throw it and mess around with it. As for the music that I am into, very 80's driven, heavily vocally-driven... to where like the song could just break down and it could just be a cappella. I am very excited about it. I played it for some people and they were freaking out so I am very excited. It's coming from a good place.
MJ: That's awesome. I was a big fan.
BL: Thank you.

Say goodbye to your momma, kids!

LOS ANGELES — Britney Spears will temporarily lose custody of her two toddler sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline, sources told FOXNews.com ahead of the official ruling expected later Monday.
Commissioner Scott Gordon will order the boys, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, turned over to Federline based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received over the weekend about Spears, the sources told FOXNews.com.
During Monday's custody hearing, Spears' former bodyguard accused the pop star of having "issues of nudity and drug use" since she returned from rehab, and reports of a planned "hit" on Federline emerged.
The bodyguard's attorney, the high-profile Los Angeles lawyer Gloria Allred, said in a press conference Monday that Spears' attorney chose not to cross-examine the bodyguard, who has been described as a "secret witness" against Spears in her custody battle with Federline.
The bodyguard, Tony Barretto, filed a declaration in the custody battle which alleges "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab."
Allred said Barretto was prepared to testify under oath Monday, but neither the court nor Spears' attorneys chose to cross-examine him. She said his declaration went "unrefuted and unchallenged."
Barretto started working for Spears when she got out of rehab, and was fired on May 17 because, Allred said, "He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat."
Barretto, himself the father of young children, came forward because while working for Spears, he became "very concerned" about the safety of her two boys, according to Allred.
Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said he was in court Monday because of a declaration that had been filed by him and because he wanted to be available should his client be cross-examined.
The ruling giving Federline temporary custody of his and Spears' children was expected to be handed down in Los Angeles Family Court later Monday afternoon.
Meanwhile, "Entertainment Tonight" reported that the FBI and the LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on Federline's life.
Multiple sources told "ET" that the FBI made attempts to contact Federline to inform him of the potential danger. The FBI reportedly told "ET" that the bureau could not confirm or deny an investigation.
TMZ.com said reports of an FBI investigation into a plot to kill Federline are completely untrue — but an LAPD investigation was conducted in the past.
According to LAPD, the department opened an investigation into a threat on Federline's life nearly two months ago, but the case was closed due to insufficient evidence.
TMZ also spoke with the L.A. spokesperson for the FBI, who blasted reports claiming that the FBI ever confirmed anything about a K-Fed investigation.
"The information on the Internet on these reports is not accurate. It did not come from the FBI at all," TMZ quoted the spokesperson as saying.
Spears married Federline in October 2004. She filed for divorce last November; it became official on July 30.
The two have had joint custody of sons Sean Preston, who turned 2 on Friday, and Jayden James, who turned 1 on Wednesday. Federline reportedly has been fighting to gain full custody of the two boys.
Kaplan said the custody battle would go on at least until the end of the year, and that two court dates were set, one in November and one in December.
He also said Federline is not seeking to modify his current monetary awards.
"All of these frenzied reports that he’s seeking custody related to money — they sound interesting but they’re not accurate," he said.
Spears gave a disastrous performance last week in her opening act at the MTV Video Music Awards, which was followed by more purported photos of her without underwear hitting the Internet.
She has an album due in stores on Nov. 13.

OH MY.
Okay, tell me that you seriously didn't see that coming?
Seriously.
So, her manager has ditched her, they're taking her kids away...maybe she'll find her back slowly.
Like, remembering to put on underwear when she goes out in public.
That's always a good thing.
The Emmys
I do have some thoughts about the show. I will be posting them up sometime tonight, maybe tomorrow. But, here is a video of one of my favorite moments of the show. It is Katherine Heigel schooling the announcer on how to pronounce her last name.
BTW, so awesome that she won.
Go Grey's!

Ryan Gosling Defending Britney!
Good for you, Ryan! I wish there were more of Britney's colleagues that would stand up for her. And incase you didn't know, Ryan and Britney were castmates on The MMC back in the day.
Yeah, she's a hot mess. But, who likes being kicked when they're already down? Not me!
I figure, okay, she did the VMAs and sort of performed. And it was really bad.
No need to just bury her until she's six feet under.
Homegirl has an album coming out, and I hope she gets her career, and most importantly her life back on track!
I will step off my soapbox now. Haha.
Peace out!

AJ McLean Defends Britney

Backstreet Boys star defends Britney
Thursday, September 13 2007, 12:57 BST
By Nick Levine, Entertainment Reporter
Backstreet Boys star AJ McLean has defended Britney Spears, labelling the troubled singer a "very talented, hardworking young woman".
McLean admitted that he felt sorry for Spears after watching her performance at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards, which was dubbed an "embarrassment" by many critics.
However, he insisted that Spears’ ability to bounce back should not be underestimated, telling DS: "I think if she really puts her mind to it and stays focused and stops going out and kind of allowing herself to be easily distracted, she can do it.
"She's a freakin' trooper. I think she'll be fine… I think she's a very talented, hardworking young woman."

I applaud AJ. I think he's one of the first people that have been able to say something nice about the VMA debacle.
Hopefully more celebs will follow suit.

Q&A: Idol's Chris Richardson talks about his future, his home
BY SAM MCDONALD | 757-247-4732
3:46 PM EDT, September 13, 2007
Chesapeake's Chris Richardson and his "American Idol" pals are out to prove they're more than pretty faces flashed across a TV screen.
The top 10 contestants are coming to Hampton Coliseum Tuesday for a stop on the American Idols Live! tour.
According to reports, the show includes two-and-a-half hours of singing, dancing and even a little jamming.
We interviewed Richardson by phone this week. Here's what he had to say about his life, music and his return to Hampton Roads.
SM: How does it feel to be coming back home to perform at Hampton Coliseum?
CR: I'm so excited. I'm the last hometown tour -- everybody else has been to their home town.
SM: Will you get any extra time here?
CR: It depends on how much time we have on the city. I'll have some time to go and see my parents, go to my home, stuff like that.
SM: On stage will you get to perform extra songs for the hometown crowd?
CR: Oh, no. The whole tour is formatted the same. You do the same show whether it's your hometown or not.
SM: Growing up in Chesapeake, did you go see many shows at Hampton Coliseum?
CR: Oh, yeah. I've been to a lot of shows over there. It's one of those things where you go to the shows and you always wish you could be up on the stage performing. Now, I'm sort of living the dream. Getting back in the hometown performing at venues like that is incredible.
SM: What are some of the shows that you saw there?
CR: To be honest with you, I couldn't even think, off the top of my head, who I've seen. Even the whole scene around Virginia, whether it's been at the amphitheater or it's been the Coliseum or it's been down at The NorVa downtown in Norfolk. Just being able to go see artists that you love and that you admire and just wishing you could be on stage.
SM: Who did you see at The NorVa?
CR: I remember going to see The Neptunes there, when N.E.R.D. was there … But I would go whether they were big name acts or smaller name acts. You go out and just enjoy the live entertainment.
SM: Will you have the chance to do anything fun, other than the show, when you come back to Hampton Roads?
CR: I'll more or less have time to meet up with my family just for a little bit, then get back and do the rehearsal for the show that night. But hopefully, I'll get to meet up with some friends I haven't seen in a long time.
SM: So you won't be able to hit Hooters this time?
CR: Probably won't be able to head over there. But the tour's almost over. I'll be back home for a couple of days after the tour's done -- before I fly out and start working on my album. Then, I'll get to have that down time.
SM: Back in the days when you were living here, did you have a favorite band to go see in clubs?
CR: I used to play an open mike on Granby Street with The Fuzz Band, and do stuff at a couple of places down there. There was a lot of entertainment that went on. I was always supportive of the local entertainment. I think you really have to be. It's really where it all starts from. It's the growth of where people come from. Just going out, not even remembering the bands I've seen. Just supporting them is the biggest thing. I'm a big Jason Mraz fan. I'd always go see him. I find him a great performer.
SM: Have you been in contact with him since you performed his music on the show?
CR: He's shot me a couple of e-mails, telling me how he's now a Chris Richardson fan. Hopefully, it's something where we can work together. It's all about connections and building friendships having fun with it.
SM: We hear you've been writing songs with Blake Lewis and Jordin Sparks.
CR: I have hopefully four songs on Blake's album that are co-written by me. For his first single, we're pushing for the one that me and him wrote together. I think it would do really good. It's called "What You Got To Lose." Hopefully that will spin out there in radioland, and it will build some credibility as a songwriter. I haven't had too much time to get into the studio while on tour, where a couple of people have. Jordin and Blake have been in the studio. They've been flying out on their days off. It's sort of the luxury of making it farther on the show. So they have the advantage of getting their albums pretty much done and put out before everybody else's, which is cool. So I figured I'd try to be a part of it and keep my name out there. I don't want people to lose interest in me and hopefully anticipate my album coming out.
SM: Are you still shopping for a record deal?
CR: I'm still shopping for a deal, talking with different labels. I'm just trying to find the right home, find the right management. Hopefully it will come together, I'm sort of leaving it up to God. I'm letting him take the wheel with it. I'm being patient with it. I think waiting sometimes is better. I'm optimistic. I used to get a little impatient because I had so many doors shut in my face. So now I'm using this as an opportunity and hopefully it will escalate from here. Hopefully, I'll be someone that can sell great records or great music.
SM: Would you like to do a duet with Elliott Yamin?
CR: It's weird you ask that, because I've contacted him in the last couple of weeks and asked if he wanted to do something on the album. He said he's be delighted. We became friends in over in L.A. He's a really great-hearted person and a great friend of mine. You never know what will show up. There are always possibilities out there. If he does happen to show up on my album, great. If not, hopefully, this being my first album, I can put out a complete descriptive detail of who I am as an artist.
SM: Is there any news on the girlfriend front? You're a very eligible bachelor.
CR: I'm single at the moment. I'm never really looking, that's the thing. I think it's just a matter of if you find the right person, it'll be at the right time. For me, I'm just really focusing on my career right now. I'm trying to stay career-oriented. In order to have a successful career you have to stay focused on what you're doing. Hopefully, I'll run across a woman one day that will be down with the patience of what it takes. In the entertainment business, just getting started in it, you never know what's ahead. Hopefully, it will be somebody who will stick beside me through it. Who knows? I just take it day by day.
SM: Has performing on a major tour been what you expected?
CR: It's more, of course, than you expect it to be. But for me it's 10 times better than being in front of those cameras … It's so much different, the atmosphere from the crowd of 10,000 as opposed to 500 people. We've been having a blast. You feed off energy from the audience. You just hope that everybody's having a great time.
SM: Have you gotten any interesting business offers?
CR: Not too many things that have popped up … In L.A. I was asked to be cast on the show "House." But nothing's guaranteed, everything's up in the air. Nothing's guaranteed unless it's put in writing. But everything's a possibility. For me, right now, it's just about getting my album out and doing what I love to do first.
SM: This season of "American Idol" didn't seem to generate quite as much interest as previous years. Any idea why?
CR: I think the chemistry this year is far better than any other year I've seen. I don't know, maybe people liked other seasons better. I couldn't even answer that question. We just had fun with it and never really looked at numbers. I would look at our year and think that it was the most diverse year. This year was more of a contemporary-type year. You have more people who are today's music.
SM: Did you watch the Video Music Awards?
CR: I saw a little of it. I was really impressed with Chris Brown, he did a fantastic job. I was impressed by Timbaland, he did really good. But I'd have to say that my favorite one of the night was Chris Brown. Being his age, it's just fantastic to see his success. He's from Virginia, too, so keep it comin'. Virginia is going to be the new melting pot of music, I can see it coming.
SM: A guy here at the Daily Press has a band and he's looking for a drummer. Would you consider auditioning?
CR: I don't know if I would audition. I might sit in and have a couple of drum fills for him. This tour is so different because people are so versatile. People play so many different instruments. You have people out there with guitars, playing the drums. It's a very fun show to come see. I would definitely recommend that people come see it.

Oh Chris Rich...he totally rocks my socks. I think this was a great interview with him, and I'm expecting big things for him!

Britney dissed Timbaland and Timberlake? Never!

Timbaland Says Britney Dissed Him And Justin
Say what you will about the outcome, Britney Spears' VMA performance was one of the most-anticipated ones in years. But think how much bigger it would have been had it been billed as Spears taking the stage with former flame Justin Timberlake to perform together. Huge, right? Well, Timbaland - who claims to have nearly collaborated with the singer in the past - says Brit has quashed any chance of a JT collabo taking place anytime soon.
The super-producer told MTV News during VMA weekend that a prospective team-up between the two would be "the best thing that ever happened" and would "help her out a whole lot." But he then dismissed the possibility, saying in so many words that Brit has become big-headed and had dissed him and Justin. "It'll never happen. Nah. It could've, but it won't."
Timbaland previously said he got close to working with the singer, telling Entertainment Weekly in March, "I just want to take her away, go overseas and work [it] out. ... I asked Justin, 'How would you feel about me working with Britney?' ... 'Would you do it with me?' " Timbaland told the magazine that JT was willing to get involved at the time. "She's just gotta be serious."
Now Timbo has even more advice to give her about getting her career back on track. "She needs a story," he said. "She has no comeback story. That's the problem. She has to have a team. She needs to come back with Justin doing records; [then we'd see headlines like,] 'She went back to her ex and she's making smashes.' [But instead she got] so big-headed and [was] like, 'Screw you, screw you, I don't need nobody.' "
So is there any chance for Spears to rectify the situation and possibly work with Timberlake and Timbaland? Yes, says the super-producer - if she apologizes.
"She should humble herself and make a phone call and say, 'I'm sorry.' She knows what she's sorry about," Tim said. "She needs to say, 'I was wrong,' and it'll definitely move forward. ... That's all she has to say."
Source: MTV News
Oh Britney, can we say...MISTAKE! Girl, go get yourself a manager and a stylist and get your ish together! When Timbaland and JT say they will give you a helping hand, you say thank you, and go make a hit record.
I know Britney has to know better than this, even without people around her.
I bet Britney blames JT breaking up with her on why her life couldn't suck anymore this week. And I wonder if that is why she wouldn't work with him.
JT was hot this past weekend, and Britney could have really used that hotness.
Dang Britney.
Fan wants us to, "LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!"
Well, at least someone has Britney's back.
Okay, so how great is that video?
And you know, I thought I was mad when the Backstreet Boys got snubbed at the Grammys in 2000. I had nothing on this dude!
OH MY.
Comment, yo!

Hello Lover! Jennifer Hudson signs on for SATC movie!

I am so excited about this!!!
Source: E! Online
Forget Prada. In Jennifer Hudson's world, the devil wears Manolos.
Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson has joined the cast of the hotly anticipated Sex and the City: The Movie, signing on to play gofer for Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw. Planet Gossip's Marc Malkin first reported the casting scoop.
"She's very excited," Hudson's rep told Malkin.
In the flick, whose plot details have been not just closely but maniacally guarded, Hudson will play Louise, assistant to the couture-clad sex columnist.
Whether the necessity of a P.A. indicates that Carrie is headed for bigger and better professional chores than just rehashing her and her friends' love lives-in other words, the series' entire premise-remains to be seen.
What is known is that the flick will be set four years after the Sex-tet of Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall last graced the small screen, mirroring the amount of time elapsed since HBO's seminal comedy ended its six-year run in 2004.
Hudson is the first nonregular to be attached to the project. Aside from the show's fab foursome, Chris Noth is the only other confirmed castmember back for the movie, reprising his role as Mr. Big. Not even fellow fellas and, when last we left them, key romantic partners Evan Handler (Harry), David Eigenberg (Steve) or Jason Lewis (Smith) have been mentioned as anything more than fan-speculated additions to the ensemble.
It might not take long to figure out which supporting players are bound for the big screen. Filming is set to take place in Manhattan next week, all but guaranteeing a paparazzi free-for-all for clues as to characters and plot lines.
As for Hudson, the high-profile role marks only her second gig since taking home the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for Dreamgirls earlier this year. She recently completed the ensemble drama Winged Creatures, alongside fellow accolade magnet Forest Whitaker, Kate Beckinsale, Dakota Fanning and Jackie Earle Haley. The film is due out next year.
You know you're excited about this too.
I am happy that this movie is finally being made. I totally made a pact with my aunt tonight, that when this comes out, we are so at the theatre opening night!

Kanye West's VMA MELTDOWN!
Listen and watch Kanye West lashing out at MTV backstage this past Sunday night.
VMA..ShmeeMAs...From what I have been reading, Kanye is looking to have the number one album in the country next week.
Just cause the fans didn't vote for his video, doesn't mean they don't appreciate his music!
As far as 50 Cent, right now, music insiders are saying that Kenny Chesney's new cd is giving 50 a run for number two on the charts.
This ought to get interesting.
So who do you want to see number one on the charts next week? Kanye or 50?
Comment ya'll!

Justin Timberlake...FTW!

It was JT's night for sure! He took home two awards and in my opinion had the best party going on in his suite at the Palms.
Check out the videos of his acceptance speeches!
Quadruple Threat of the Year
Male Artist of the Year
You do have to give it up for Justin for saying what all of us have been thinking for years now. Play more videos MTV!
And why would I want to be in JT's party suite? Because then I would have seen one of the best collaboration performances of the night! JT and 50 Cent performing "Ayo Technology"!
And on what was supposed to be Britney's night, JT officially stole the show from his ex by being apart of the night's clsoing performance, which in my opinion was one of the best numbers of the night!
Here is JT with Nelly Furtado and Timbaland closing out the VMAs!
I think for now, this is it!
Have a great Monday!
Peace out!

2007 MTV VMAs...What we didn't see!

So, there was a fight between Kid Rock and Tommy Lee that took place during Alicia Keys' performance. OH MY!
I thought when Jamie Foxx was presenting and mentioned the fight, he was possibly kidding, cause seriously, who would would see random fight in the crowd coming?
However, TMZ claims that Kid Rock punched out Tommy Lee during the show. After the VMAs were over, LVPD located and questioned Rock, who had left the scene, but no arrests were made. And so far Lee has not pressed any charges against Rock.

All in the name of Pam Anderson's affection. Boys, stop fighting over her already. Seriously. Be mature, or something along the lines of that. Play nice.
I love that Diddy said something along the lines of the violence in rock n' roll needs to stop.
In other VMAs news, Yahoo! is reporting that Kanye West proclaimed after the awards show was over that he would not be returning to MTV.
It seems that West, after being shut out in the competition two years in a row, has had it with losing.
West expressed his frustrations in front of media outside an elevator.
"That's two years in a row, man ... give a black man a chance," West said, stomping around his entourage and directing his comments at a reporter. "I'm trying hard man, I have the ... number one record, man," an upset West said.
Can't we all just get along?
Maybe MTV should just give the VMAs a rest.

So, the MTV Video Music Awards kicked off with Britney Spears' "comeback" performance, and like I already said five minutes after the most uncomfortably bad performance was over, I feel bad for her, but the rest of the show...OH MY!
Bad lip syncing seemed to be the theme of the night. Seriously. Yes, I am looking at you Britney Spears, Chris Brown and Rihanna.
Even though Chris Brown rocked it, homeboy didn't sing a lick live. That was really disappointing. I actually thought that Rihanna upstaged him a bit during her part of the performance.
So, the VMAs as a whole were really painful to watch, not just because of the Britney fiasco, but because of how they chose to show the performances. A couple performances on the main stage was not enough.
I could not stand how they chose to show parts of performances going on in the suites, and watching it on TV was not like being there AT ALL. Trust me, I would have rather been up in JT's suite dancing the night away, instead of seeing the party on TV.
Another thing, with the half performances going into commercial. I would have liked to hear all of "Wake Up Call", which Adam Levine was in the middle of singing when an obnoxious advertisment popped up on the screen. I totally didn't appreciate that. Listen up MTV, if you're going to advertise certain performers at your show, you should really show them performing, and not just the opening line...the whole song!
So, who won? I guess that is the point of the show.
Video of the Year: Rihanna (feat. Jay-Z), "Umbrella"
Male Artist of the Year: Justin Timberlake
Female Artist of the Year: Fergie
Best Group: Fall Out Boy
Best New Artist: Gym Class Heroes
Monster Single of the Year: Rihanna (feat. Jay-Z), "Umbrella"
Quadruple Threat of the Year: Justin Timberlake
Earth-Shattering Collaboration: Beyoncé (feat. Shakira), "Beautiful Liar"
Some hilights of the show for myself, performance-wise Linkin Park and the Timbaland trio at the end!
Drunk JT during his acceptance speeches was also quite amusing! And he's right, BRING BACK THE VIDEOS MTV!
Here's Chris Brown's performance that left the crowd screaming!
Low points, Sarah Silverman's monologue. Hatin' on Britney's kids is just mean.
All in all, I think MTV should truly put the VMAs to rest for maybe a year or so. They really are not needed anymore. This show was worse than the VMAs in 2004, and I thought that one was really bad.
I am going to try and update for awhile tonight as news from the VMAs keeps rolling in! Keep checking back for pictures and videos!
Britney's back...sort of.

Let me be the first to say, I want to cry for Britney Spears myself. That performance, in my opinion, was okay. The outfit was horrible, the lip syncing was off, and homegirl looked so nervous, it made it so uncomfortable to watch.
I really do feel for the girl.
Hopefully, the rest of the VMAs will be bomb.
I will update later tonight!
Off to watch the rest of the show!
For those of you who haven't seen the hot mess that was Britney's performance, check it out!

Vanessa Hudgens says, my bad ya'll!

Vanessa Hudgens 'Embarrassed,' Apologizes for Nude Photo
Disney's High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is speaking out after a nude photo of the actress hit the Internet on Thursday.
In a statement released Friday by her rep, Hudgens, 18, says: "I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends."
On Thursday, a nude picture of Hudgens surfaced on multiple Web sites. The same day her rep issued a statement saying the photo "was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public." Then on Friday, more candid photos of Hudgens (clothed, this time) began surfacing.
There has been no immediate comment from Disney. The studio was in talks to bring Hudgens (who is currently dating her HSM costar, Zac Efron) back for more HSM sequels.

Blake Lewis' A.D.D. album release date!

Alright fellow Blaker Girls, time to mark those calendars to NOVEMBER 27th, because Mr. Blake Lewis, American Idol Season 6 runner-up will be releasing his debut album entitled "Audio Day Dream (A.D.D.)"
BOOYAH!
Blake has described his first single off A.D.D., "What You Got to Lose", which was co-written with fellow season six alumni Chris Richardson to sound like, "James Brown meets Prince meets the California Tupac song."
Blake's single is coming out sometime later this month. Well, apparently he told some fans late August, early September. I'll guestimate and say later this month!
Exciting!

Britney will open the VMA's!

Britney Spears To Open 2007 MTV Video Music Awards: It's Official!
Brit will perform her new song, 'Gimme More' - with a little help from illusionist Criss Angel.
If you happen to own a computer, then chances are you've come across online rumblings regarding the bald-no-more Britney Spears: The pop star will make her comeback at this year's MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas.
Well, it's no rumor, folks.
MTV News can now confirm what may well be one of the worst-kept VMA secrets of all time: On Sunday night, Spears will grace the VMA stage, nestled within the Palms Casino Resorts' Pearl Concert Theater, to perform "Gimme More," the first single from her forthcoming fifth album, which is slated for a November 13 release. The The yet-untitled effort will be her first studio LP in four years, following 2003's In the Zone.
Perhaps in homage to the glittery magic of Las Vegas, Spears consulted with illusionist Criss Angel, star of A&E's "Mindfreak," on "some of the moments of the performance," said Jesse Ignjatovic, the executive producer of this year's VMAs. Spears has been spotted around Sin City in recent weeks with Angel at her side, and there is unsubstantiated speculation that the two are romantically involved.
Ignjatovic said it was important to secure Spears for the big show's opening number.
"I guess, looking back, we've had a great history with her," he said. "Some of the biggest TV performances [of her career] have been at the VMAs. And fortunately, [when we approached her about performing], she was into it and excited to do it. I wanted her to come on and make a statement right from the very beginning of the show. And she'll kill it. I wanted to start the show in a very big and dramatic way, and she's the one to do that. She'll captivate everyone, and set the tone for the rest of the night. There's no one better."
As for what we can expect from Ms. Spears, Ignjatovic wouldn't give up the goods, but promised fans would be thrilled.
"You can expect the things we want and expect from Britney - that will all be there," he said. "What I've seen of it is great. She'll be dancing, performing, doing her thing. That's exactly what we all want. Fans that are familiar with her performance on previous VMAs will not be disappointed."
Catch all the star-packed VMA action direct from Las Vegas on Sunday. MTV News' preshow kicks things off live at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the big show at 9 p.m.

Well, this ought to be interesting. Hopefully Miss Spears can show that she can still rock a crowd. I wish her the best of luck, cause ususally the VMA's are Britney's thing! Here's a couple of her past performances.

More Leaked Britney Tracks!

Even more music from Miss Spears. What do ya'll think? Cause, I am seriously hoping that these are the b-sides to her new album. I haven't heard anything in particular that sounds as good as her new single, "Gimme More."
It really feels like Britney had no idea what direction this album should go in, creatively anyways, since all the lyrical overtones in the songs are dripped in sex.
The tracks are alright, but if her record company is deliberately leaking these tracks, like it is being reported, my guess is that they are nervous about her album release. But releasing so-so music isn't cool either.
The record company should relax, we haven't forgotten about Britney Spears. She'll be all on the entertainment news shows all week, like always.
But, with so many tracks leaked, her new music leaves nothing up to the imangination of what her album could have been. Oh well, huh?
Here are a few of the new songs.
And goodness help her, if this last track makes it on to her album. The K-Fed reference was enough to make me stop listening.

Heroes' Milo Ventimiglia in Men's Fitness Magazine

by Albert Kim; photography by Andrew Macpherson
Not too long ago, Milo Ventimiglia went on a date. Nothing elaborate, just dinner with a woman he’d known for a while, though mainly in passing. As the evening progressed and his companion began to learn more about the 30-year-old star of NBC’s hit drama Heroes, the young lady grew increasingly uncomfortable. Finally, recalls the actor, she blurted out: “So you’re polite, you don’t drink, you don’t smoke, you’re a vegetarian, you keep yourself fit, and you’re successful. What’s wrong with you?”
Of course, this being Hollywood, where male stars of the moment come in essentially two flavors—fast-moving party boys destined to flame out by the next Star magazine news cycle, or brooding angsters who wear their codependencies on their black-denim sleeves—one can understand the poor girl’s confusion. Ventimiglia defies easy categorization. Take his recent sprint to stardom in Heroes, last year’s top-rated new drama. As conflicted underachiever Peter Petrelli, Ventimiglia found himself playing the central character in one of the most successful new shows in recent TV history. Many actors would have been content to sit back and let the hero worship wash over them.

Instead, Ventimiglia threw himself headlong into a series of other horizon-broadening projects, each indulging a different facet of his personality. Milo the actor, who had already gained notice for his feature work as Sylvester Stallone’s overshadowed son in last year’s Rocky Balboa, took on the lead role in Pathology, a dark psychological thriller co-starring Alyssa Milano. (The movie opens in theaters Nov. 30.) Meanwhile Milo the entrepreneur, head of his own production company, partnered with clothingmaker American Eagle to produce and direct a series of short films for the company’s Web site. (The shorts also aired during the commercial breaks on the premiere of MTV’s The Real World: Sydney in August.) Even Milo the teen idol—who had gained legions of fans during a four-season stint as prepubescent lust object Jess Mariano on The Gilmore Girls—got into the act, shooting a steamy music video with Fergie, for which he spent most of the time shirtless.
“He’s a single guy on the hottest show on television,” says Sendhil Ramamurthy, who plays Heroes’ questing academic Mohinder Suresh. “He could have become that guy, the one who’s out every night doing whatever it is young Hollywood guys do. But that’s not Milo. He’s incredibly focused, and he knows what he wants. And I have no doubt that he’s going to get it.”
Adds Heroes executive producer Tim Kring: “Milo’s going to have one of these huge careers that is very much in the director-actor-producer category. He’ll be able to control his own projects. He’s a very impressive guy.”
Less than impressive, as Ventimiglia himself will admit, was his not-so-heroic physique when production on the show first got under way. “I was very slightly built. I didn’t have a lot of man weight on me,” says Ventimiglia. “I wasn’t really grown up.” Ironically, that may have actually helped him land his role. Show creator Kring was specifically looking for an actor who could play someone on the cusp of manhood. “When we first meet Milo’s character, Peter,” says Kring, “he’s a bit lost and unsure of what his role in life is. Then, through the course of the season, he had to go from that to becoming a leading man. So he had to grow into that.”
It was a development challenge that Ventimiglia embraced and, in fact, had already been plotting: “Right after I got back from shooting Rocky [in December 2005], I looked in the mirror and said, ‘OK, I’m not a teenager anymore.’ I still looked young but I didn’t have a baby face. It was kind of a critical point, careerwise, where I needed to start going for the roles that were older. So I tried to get my physique to match and become more of a man.”
Though Ventimiglia, a Southern California native, had always led an active lifestyle (“I grew up skateboarding and snowboarding, and I surfed a little bit”), he had never had a formal fitness regimen. A recent breakup with his long-term girlfriend, Gilmore actress Alexis Bledel, had taken its toll as well. “There’s an emotion that goes with that, and it’s reflected in you physically,” Ventimiglia recalls. “I didn’t really keep myself together as I should have. Once I got through that hardship and emotional hurt, I started wanting to take care of my body more and present myself as a better person.”
At the time, the 5'9" Ventimiglia barely tipped the scales at 137 pounds. So he headed for the gym and began performing a self-designed lifting routine four times a week. For cardio work, he ran and jumped rope four to five times a week. He also quit smoking and focused on improving his nutritional habits. Even as a lifelong vegetarian (no meat, no fish, no eggs), he discovered that eating healthy had to be- come a conscious decision. “You can be a vegetarian and still eat pizza every day,” he says. “For the first time, I started to really pay attention to what I was putting into my body.”
Those results started to become apparent midway through the first season of Heroes. Even though he deliberately avoided trying to add size, he still put on close to 20 pounds of muscle mass. Currently his body weight hovers around 155 pounds. “People started to look at me and say, ‘Wow, you’ve grown up. Did you get taller?’” Ventimiglia laughs.
Getting fit also paid off for the show, which, as a fast-paced, sci-fi action series, is one of the more physically demanding productions around. “I get beat up, I’m bloodied, I’m in a flying harness, I’m knocked down. I’ve definitely had a lot of bumps and bruises,” says Ventimiglia, who does the lion’s share of his own stunt work. “I’ve got to keep myself strong and flexible and in the right state of body to do a lot of those things.” Says Kring: “I don’t think we would have written a lot of the stuff that we did in the second half of the season had we not seen what Milo could do physically.”
Of course, the demands of a hit show mean it’s often a challenge to keep up a regular workout schedule. “It’s either wake up early in the morning or go late after work,” says the actor. “I also bring dumbbells to my trailer and see if I can’t maintain there.” And when he’s tempted to blow off a session now and then, he calls to mind the example of a previous mentor. “When we were on Rocky,” recalls Ventimiglia, “I saw the discipline that [Stallone] had. Physically, he put himself through hell to get into shape. Even when we were shooting the boxing scenes, he was constantly drinking from his water bottle because it contained all these vitamins and supplements.”
Stallone also stands out for Ventimiglia as a potent example of what can be accomplished in Hollywood, given the proper combination of determination and talent. “He wrote the film, he directed it, he starred in it. And he was always in good spirits, always calm,” marvels Ventimiglia. “If I could do that, do it all—producing, directing, acting—I’d love it.”
To that end, he devotes the majority of his non-Heroes energies to working with Divide Pictures, the three-year-old production company he runs with longtime pal Russ Cundiff. In addition to the American Eagle deal, Divide has feature films and assorted TV projects on the docket, all of which Ventimiglia hopes to have his hands in. By his reckoning, it’s this extracurricular work that keeps him balanced in his life. Says co-star Ramamurthy: “I don’t think he would know what to do with himself if he only had one thing on his plate.”
“Don’t get me wrong—would I love to be sitting on a beach right now? Hell, yeah,” exclaims Ventimiglia. “But if there’s an opportunity to do great work and in turn it’s going to give me a chance to work with talented people down the line, I’m not going to pass that up just because I want to work on my tan.” By the same token, Ventimiglia has no interest in parlaying his Heroes welcome into boldfaced status in the celebrity tabloids: “I would hate it if my publicity overshadowed my actual career. That would suck.”
Unfortunately, on that front, the press and adoring public may not cooperate. The success of Heroes has already thrust Ventimiglia and his cast mates onto magazine covers and into celebrity-news programs on a regular rotation. The blogosphere practically hums with Heroes fan sites, not to mention Ventimiglia-centric pages with names such as milomania.net. The male stars of the show were even given a glossy two-page photo spread in People’s Sexiest Man Alive issue. “My friends were like, ‘So, you think you’re sexy?’” chuckles Ventimiglia. “They couldn’t wait to give me **** about that.”
Ventimiglia is happy to go along for the ride, but he’s careful not to buy in to the hyperbole of it. If the journey of his physical transformation has taught him anything, it’s to avoid extremes and to make sure he’s prepped for the long haul. “When you fall into perfect balance with yourself—mentally, physically, spiritually—that’s when you find you’re content,” says Ventimiglia, the dark rumble of his voice softening a shade. “That’s when you can sit back and enjoy everything around you, when you’re right there, in the middle of it all.”

We all need somebody to lean on!

It looks like Justin Timberlake had a good ol' time at Jet Nightclub the other night in Vegas. He was DJing with Timbaland after another sold out FutureSex/LoveShow.

I quite enjoyed the HBO concert. I appreciate how HBO chose to shoot it, cause I remember at my JT concert, those screens got on my nerves like WHOA.
Here is probably one of my favorite parts of the concert, and it wasn't even a performance, it was the interview with JT, his back-up singers, the dancers and the band. They're like a family. And that's cool.

Cheers Justin for a great show! And for amusing me with these pix at two in the A.M.
Night ya'll!

Crazy Grey's Anatomy Spoilers and Kate Walsh gets McMarried!

First things first! Congrats to former Grey's and now Private Practice star, Kate Walsh, who got McMarried over the weekend to movie producer, Alex Young! Best wishes to the couple.
Now, I have read some crazy ish in the past about various shows, but I am so shocked about the things going on with Grey's Anatomy this season, I can hardly wait for the season to begin September 27th!
From what I read, we should not be too worried about Meredith and McDreamy. In fact, by the third episode, there's some McLovin in a shower.
What I can't wait for is when the "girl in the bar" (Lexie Grey) meets the "original girl in the bar" (Meredith)! It sounds like Grey's is going to have a great season.
And we should be expecting a baby...
I won't spoil any more of this myself, but if you can't wait for the season to begin already, well then hit up Spoiler TV - Grey's Anatomy. There's a ton of information about season four!
Here is the official promo trailer from ABC. Enjoy!
I know I'm excited! Have a happy Labor Day!
