David was on Seacrest's radio show today, clearing the air about his latest blog that caused such a stir.
Ignore the actual video, just listen to the audio. LOL.
I don't think anything else needs to be said!
Peace out!

Idol Top Ten Recap With D-Crest!
My thoughts...
Kris Allen is SO CUTE.
And Danny Gokey worked it out!
However, I was perturbed that he didn't follow Smokey's advice. C'mon Danny! It's Smokey Robinson! LISTEN!!!!
My dad likes Adam Lambert's voice.
FOR SHAME.
I can't believe my dad has crossed over to the dark side.
However, the best performance of the night, was Simon drawing a mustache on Paula Abdul.
I hope they stay through to the next week! LOL!
I do think tonight that Megan Joy will be going home, because her singing was atrocious.
ALL BAD.
Alright, PEACE!

Explaining David Cook's Recent Blog

Apparently people are misinterpreting what David was trying to convey in his most recent blog.
Let me break it down for you.
David has managed to create a pretty healthy relationship with him and the band and us, the fans.
David and the guys (Neal, Kyle, Andy and Joey) get out after the shows to say hi, take pix, sign autographs as long as they can after shows, making sure every fan is taken care of.
HOWEVER, there seem to be some "fans" that are really taking advantage of David and the guy's accessibility. When those lights go down at the end of the show, David doesn't have to come out and say hi. You bought tickets to a show, he played the show, you got what you paid for.
Going to David's hotel, tracking down rooms, CALLING ROOMS (SERIOUSLY!) is pushing your right to accessibility too far. It's inappropriate and rude. We're his fans, not his friends.
David has a right to address this with the fans. Like he said in his first vlog after he won Idol, he views this as a relationship, and I think if certain "fans" keep up with their antics, you're going to ruin it for those who haven't gotten a chance to have their time with David, and he's going to not be as accessible as he has been since during the Idol tour.
So, Cookies, keep you and whoever you are going to shows with in check. I know it's exciting and you can easily get caught up in the moment, but please realize that David is privy to down time.
I don't care how famous he gets, he deserves privacy and the respect.
That's all.

Chad Michael Murray NOT Returning to One Tree Hill Next Season
And apparently the network, The CW is to blame.
According to Chad anyways...
Man, I used to have the biggest crush on him.
How times change.

New Blog from David Cook

Sunday, March 22, 2009
ATTENTION!
Hey everyone,
First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who has been coming out to the shows since my last post. The vibe at these shows has been amazing.
Secondly, I have to address some behavior that has become disturbing. We pride ourselves on being accessible to you as fans, but in contrast, we do enjoy what little privacy we can muster. To that end, the efforts by some fans to find our hotel rooms, call our hotel rooms, attach things to our bus, etc., is something I have to condemn. This relationship only works when it remains healthy for both parties, and should this behavior continue, the only thing we can do is take more preventative measures to maintain our privacy, which in turn makes us less accessible to you.
I hope this doesn't come off as harsh. I merely want to nip this in the bud so we can continue to have a great experience with all of you at the shows we have coming up. Take care and see you at the next show.
~D
C'mon Cookies, let's cut out the shenanigans. Don't ruin things for those who haven't gotten to see David yet on tour.
That's all.

Idol Recap with D-Crest!
I personally don't really have any thoughts on the results. I wasn't a huge Alexis Grace fan, nor am I invested in this season enough to care who goes home any week.
However, I thought that Kris Allen brought his A-game this week. He sounded fantastic. Danny Gokey pulled off Carrie Underwood's "Jesus, Take the Wheel" very nicely.
What is the deal with Adam Lambert? I don't get him at all. I cannot believe what he did to "Ring of Fire". It was horrendous. I seriously don't understand the big fuss about him.
In other news...
David Cook will be performing his latest single, "Come Back To Me" on Idol April 1. So, tune in!
:o)

Fox News <3's Britney!
Or not.
Yeah, she made fun of you in the clip, because you're being ridiculous over a song.
Helloooooooooooo...Britney's entire career is made up of sing-a-long pop songs, and this one is actually kind of clever.
And the anchor is right, the song doesn't make sense. At least until you hit the chorus. LOL.
Here's the original "news" piece. And news is in quotations, because Fox News, don't you have anything more important to discuss than Britney Spears?
And if you haven't seen Britney's video for "If You Seek Amy", click here.
Peace out!

Idol Recap with D-Crest!
Here's Danny "D-Crest" Jordan's Recap of the Top 13 Idols from this week!
My thoughts...
Lets say...if I was really following Idol this season, Danny Gokey would probably be someone I wouldn't mind winning. I thought his performance of "P.Y.T." was fantastic. Not that I saw it...cause, I don't watch Idol.
And Kris Allen is just cute as can be!
And I really liked his take on "Remember the Time".
Don't throw things at me!! This show has a weird hold on me. I promise David Cook will be the last Idol I vote for, but I think I should be able to enjoy some decent music...and hot boys.
Anyways, it's not like I'm really watching the show. If I'm not voting, I'm not watching. So, there. HA.
PS...YouTube...NO BUENO on not allowing Idol videos to be uploaded. What the heck! It's not original artists, Idol is covers!!!

Oh, American Idol...
I will admit it.
I have watched some of Idol season 8.
I totally relapsed. But, I'm going to try and keep my watching to a minimum, so if I tune in, it will be for the results show only, because that's when season 7 keeps coming back to perform! LOL.
If I was truly following the show this year, I would be voting for Scott MacIntyre. I think his voice is truly amazing.
So...this season, Idol is doing a Top 13. Really? Is that needed? IMO, I don't think Idol found 13 talented people to fill those slots. I honestly believe that this season so far has surpassed season 3 as being the worst season of Idol...EVER.
And I know you're going, but season 3 was awesome, it had Jennifer Hudson. Kids, we didn't technically vote her in. She was a judge's Wild Card pick. if you're one of those people that say you have loved her since Idol, I raise an eyebrow at you.
I have seen at least one performance from each member of the Top 13, and I'm not impressed. Anoop? Don't get it. He's aight, not great, don't understand it. The one that I REALLY don't understand is Adam Lambert. IMO, he ruined that Rolling Stones song. Like, I was horrified by his performance. The screeching...goodness. I don't get it. But, of course he's a nice looking kid, with a unique sense of style, so of course he flew through the next round.
That chick that sang "Alone". I don't think she belonged in the Top 13 and I have two reasons why.
1.
2.
When you have two insanely talented singers who have already done this song, why even bother to attempt it. So, I am disappointed that this singer got through on a song that has already been done and was done MUCH better.
That has been the thing about this season. A lot of the "singers" have been choosing songs that have been done and they are not leaving their mark on them, they just make me wish the show ended with David Cook winning.
Speaking of...this week on Idol is apparently "Michael Jackson Week". I hope the Top 13 know better to not try and out-do this:
If they do, I hope the judges rip them a new one. This is the song from last season that should not be touched.
I am pleading season 8...LEAVE BILLIE JEAN ALONE!
Okay...so I'm not a fan of this season. But, I will be posting recaps from Danny "D-Crest" Jordan, who is a new affiliate of IDOLBORED.COM! Here's his recap from the Wild card show last Thursday.
ALSO!
I have been an avid fan of Jon Peter Lewis (JPL!) since he was a contestant during season 3, and he has a vlog series going on called, "American Nobody". Check it out.
Check Jon Peter Lewis on Facebook, he does written recaps after every show, and he has a lot of insight, and he keeps it real.
So, I encourage you to check him out.
Now that you know my thoughts on this season, you should realize that you're in for some nit-picking.
Fair warning!
Haha!
Have a good one!
